At Wazka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please email us at contact@wazka.store within the 7-day return window. Once your return is approved, we will:
- Send you an email.
- Provide you with instructions on where and how to send the item(s).
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@wazka.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods such as bodysuits, jewelry, intimates/lingerie and outlet items.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
If you are uncertain whether your item is returnable, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges:
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it following our return process. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
